Лауреат — это призёр конкурса. Дипломант — участник, получивший диплом, но не ставший лауреатом. Это разные уровни.
Если на дипломе написано First Prize, это означает «Лауреат I степени», а не «Дипломант I степени». Если написано Second Prize — это «Лауреат II степени».
Жюри может указывать награду в любой из следующих форм. Это не разные системы, а варианты одной и той же структуры.

ПОЛОЖЕНИЕ И УСЛОВИЯ МЕЖДУНАРОДНЫХ КОНКУРСОВ
Идея проведения в Европе международных конкурсов детского, юношеского и молодёжного творчества на дистанции открыла новые возможности для многих творческих коллективов и отдельных исполнителей. Выступления могут увидеть миллионы зрителей и профессиональных агентств не только из Европы, но и из других стран и континентов. Наши конкурсы стимулируют танцоров, музыкантов, творческих людей всех возрастов к совершенствованию и пропаганде культурных достижений и ценностей каждого народа! Наши конкурсы в странах Европы позволяют преодолеть географические, материальные барьеры и в итоге предоставить равные шансы для каждого желающего на возможность участия в международном конкурсе! Талантливых детей и молодёжи во всем мире очень много! EURO MEDIA STAR GROUP ™ открывает для всех творческих людей новые творческие рубежи в Европе! Каждый из вас свободен для выбора времени для записи вашего выступления. Как только вы готовы, установите штатив с камерой и запишите ваше выступление.
Все конкурсы проводятся по странам и городам в соответствии с датами указанными в разделе сайта >>> Календарь. Основная цель международного конкурса – поддержка и определение талантливых детей, молодёжи и профессиональных коллективов, определение их мастерства и профессионализма. Данные конкурсы проводятся в заочной форме - по видеозаписям.
Участие в конкурсе предельно простое – достаточно вам записать в YouTube ваше выступление или вашего коллектива, заполнить заявку, получить от нас счёт и оплатить взнос, а затем дождаться подведения итогов конкурса и решения жюри. В итоге каждый из вас гарантировано получит Диплом "Дипломант", а если жюри вам определит Гран-При, звание Лауреата или Дипломанта 1, 2 или 3 степени, то вы получите другой наградной Диплом.
Оргкомитет оставляет за собой право на публикацию на нашем официальном сайте конкурсов в Европе любых видеоматериалов, присланных участниками в распоряжение оргкомитета. Оргкомитет имеет право использовать и распространять (без выплаты гонорара участникам) видеозаписи, печатную и иного рода продукцию, произведенную во время проведения мероприятий конкурса и по его итогам.
Международный конкурс вокальных исполнителей, заочный конкурс вокалистов, конкурс вокала, вокалисты, танцы, танцевальный олимп, студия вокала, школа вокала, вольный ансамбль, хор, детский хор, детские хоры, учитель пения. В конкурсах принимают участие творческие коллективы, отдельные исполнители и педагоги-конкурсанты детских школ искусств, учреждений дополнительного образования, домов и центров детского, народного творчества, студенты учебных заведений, непрофессиональные и профессиональные исполнители, и участники художественной самодеятельности, хоры, оркестры, хореографические коллективы, ансамбли, театры, воспитанники арт и искусств училищ, школ и других учебных заведений области культуры из разных стран.
✔ Соло – произведение исполняется наизусть.
✔ Ансамбль (разделяются на дуэт, трио, квартет и др.) – возможно исполнение по нотам, что не будет влиять на результат.
✔ Возраст участников определяется на день проведения конкурса.
✔ Программные требования: солисты, дуэты, трио или ансамбли, коллективы т.д. показывают - исполняют 1 номер или поют 1 песню, исполняют 1 произведение, для номинаций творчество предоставляют одну работу. Ансамбли, коллективы разделяются на дуэт, трио, квартет, ансамбль. Конкурсанты могут представить на конкурс несколько произведений при условии отдельной оплаты за каждое произведение как за отдельную номинацию.
Невозможно перечислить все стили танцев, список которых довольно внушителен и продолжает пополняться дальше. Каждое направление и стиль имеют свои индивидуальные черты и особенности. Вы можете подать заявку на любой стиль на ваше усмотрение.
Программные требования: солисты и ансамбли, танцевальные коллективы - исполняют 1 танец. Возрастные группы: до 6 лет, 7 - 9 лет, 10 - 12 лет, 13 - 15 лет, 16 - 20 лет, 21 - 25 лет, от 26 лет и старше (возраст не ограничен), учитель и ученик (без ограничения возраста), смешанная группа. Ансамбли разделяются на дуэт, трио, квартет, ансамбль.

Программные требования: солисты и ансамбли, хоры - исполняют 1 песню. Внимание в этой категории мы ждём от вас фотографии! В этой категории участники присылают не видео, а фотографии. 1 фотография по той или иной работе. Вы можете представить максимум до 5 фото (по вашему желанию 1 - 5 фото из разных ракурсов или положений) вашей одной работы (просим вас предварительно сжимать ваши фотографии). Если это компьютерная работа, то запишите видео вашей работы и запишите в YOUTUBE.

Театральное искусство: одна сцена, или 1 монолог. Сцены из пьес и спектаклей, монологи. Возрастные группы: до 6 лет, 7 - 9 лет, 10 - 12 лет, 13 - 15 лет, 16 - 20 лет, 21 - 25 лет, от 26 лет и старше (возраст не ограничен), учитель и ученик (без ограничения возраста), смешанная группа.
Программные требования: авторы исполняют 1 произведение. Возрастные группы: до 9 лет, 10 - 12 лет, 13 - 15 лет, 16 - 20 лет, 21 - 25 лет, от 26 лет и старше (возраст не ограничен), учитель и ученик (без ограничения возраста), смешанная группа.
Номинация «Концертмейстерское мастерство» - программа конкурсного выступления и выбор произведения свободная. Игра по нотам, либо наизусть - по желанию концертмейстера, что не будет влиять на результат. Продолжительность выступления не должна превышать 15 минут. Результат в номинации будет рассматриваться вне зависимости от результата солиста или творческого коллектива. Возрастных ограничений нет.
Детское, молодёжное кино и телевидение (номинации):
В настоящем конкурсе принимают участие конкурсанты различных возрастов, без каких-либо ограничений. Каждый желающий может прислать одну или несколько фотографий на одну или несколько номинаций. Если вы присылаете несколько работ, то взнос конкурса увеличивается на одну или несколько дополнительных номинаций, как это отражено в положении на настоящем ресурсе на данной странице. Тематика фотографий
✔ «Дирижерское искусство»: Категория I: студенты средних профессиональных учебных заведений. Категория II: студенты высших профессиональных учебных заведений. Категория III: 20-35 лет.
По регламенту, продолжительности выступления конкурсантов мы не ставим фиксированных ограничений по времени. Безусловно время вашего выступления не должно превышать то время, которое фиксировано и написано автором того или иного музыкального произведения, песни, стиха, циркового номера, танца и т.д. Жюри оценивает исполнителя или исполнителей, то, что будет вами или вашими воспитанниками представлено в представленном вами видео выступлении. Для примера вы можете, например, исполнить одну часть камерной сонаты, либо только, например 2 части из 3-х частной камерной сонаты. Вы можете исполнить всё то, что вы сами посчитаете представить на конкурс.
Для подтверждения возраста участника необходимо прислать ксерокопию его любого документа (паспорта или свидетельства о рождении), для групп - список участников с датами их рождения за подписью и печатью представляемого ими учебного заведения. Победители международного конкурса (1, 2, 3 места) - это те, кто продемонстрировал самые выдающиеся результаты и набрал наибольшее количество баллов.🥇🥈🥉 Они занимают пьедестал почёта – любого международного конкурса и, как правило, получают самые ценные призы и признание – по итогам каждого конкурса (дипломы) и на церемонии в Париже или Ницце во Франции (дипломы и сертификаты, медали и ордена, кубки и сертификаты к ним, ценные призы и подарки). Победители международного конкурса - это элита конкурса, те, кто превзошел всех остальных участников конкурса. Это вершина мастерства! 🏆 Их достижения являются эталоном для всех остальных конкурсантов.
Все выданные дипломы международного образа, с подписью членов жюри, логотипом конкурса, несколькими степенями защиты и персональной печатью конкурса или Euro Media Star Group. Все дипломы индивидуального изготовления и имеют персональный номер. По вопросам ламинирования, - дипломы (сертификаты) могут заламинированы, либо нет. Об покрытии ламинатом (прозрачной плёнкой) решает организатор конкурса (конкурсов), в зависимости от плотности дипломной бумаги (картонной бумаги, офсетной бумаги) и наличии на дипломах (сертификатах) выпуклых печатей или защит, которые при выполнении ламинирования теряют свой первоначальный вид (как источник оригинала диплома). Помимо этого каждый диплом подписан как минимум тремя членами жюри, так же указана страна и город проведения конкурса. Все дипломы выдаются на английском или французском языках, либо на языке проведения конкурса (страны). Эти условия имеют юридическую силу как общие генеральные условия (организатора) по всем без исключения конкурсам (фестивалям), не зависимости от места и страны проведения.
Во всех дипломах конкурсантов, помимо основных данных о международном конкурсе, юридических данных оргкомитета, подписей членов жюри или председателя жюри, печати оргкомитета конкурса, указываются персональные данные – фамилия, имя и отчество участника, фамилия, имя и отчество преподавателя, фамилия, имя и отчество концертмейстера, название учебного заведения, город, страна.
В дипломах преподавателей, руководителей коллективов и концертмейстеров указываются их фамилия, имя и отчество, название учебного заведения и занимаемая должность, город, страна. В связи с этим просим вас присылать нам данные преподавателей - фамилия, имя, отчество, должность и название учебного заведения.
Организаторы международных конкурсов оставляют за собой право учреждать на каждый проводимый международный конкурс индивидуальные наградные дипломы, сертификаты и благодарственные письма. Дизайн, способ печати, степени защиты и покрытие плёнкой в каждом отдельном случае индивидуально. Эти дипломы могут по дизайну повторяться из года в год, либо они могут изданы по новому дизайну. Все необходимые требования к наградным документам, данным оргкомитет и жюри руководствуется настоящим положением, а также согласно данных поступивших заявок от участников, учебных заведений и родителей конкурсантов.
Оплата конкурсного взноса, - любой национальной валютой, либо денежной единицей, независимо от страны где вы проживаете, а так же через платёжные системы, обменные пункты в режиме online, либо крипто биржи без верификации. Для солистов и участников ансамбля (от 2 до 10 человек, при условии, что вы подаёте заявку на один и тот же конкурс):

✔ Дополнительная третья, четвёртая и последующие номинации – 10 € (евро) с участника.
Если конкурсант принимает участие в сольной и ансамблевой номинациях, сольное выступление всегда считается основной номинацией, а ансамблевая номинация – дополнительной.
Для ансамблей (от 11 человек и более):
✔ Дополнительная вторая номинация – 70 € (евро) с ансамбля.
✔ Дополнительная третья, четвёртая и последующие номинации – 50 € (евро) с ансамбля.
Конкурсанты имеют право принять участие в неограниченном количестве номинаций, при условии оплаты взносов по дополнительным номинациям согласно условиям конкурса.
Оплату всех расходов за участие в конкурсе берут на себя сами участники. Все налоги в цене, в том числе TVA (НДС). Все Дипломы мы отправляем в одном пакете обычным или с заказным уведомлением. Отправляя нам заявку вы должны указать нам все ваши пожелания и дополнения и прислать нам список всех участников (фамилии и имена на родном языке и на английском или французском языке).
Приём заявок и оплата организационного взноса не позднее, чем за 10 дней до начала конкурса или фестиваля-конкурса, проводимого нами в стране и городе Европы. Сумма организационного взноса - определяется договором сторон и предоставление счета-фактуры на имя педагога или родителя участника. Если участник совершеннолетний, то на участника.
Взносы после проведения конкурсов не подлежат возврату. По факту получения от вас заявки мы отправляем в ваш адрес – счёт на оплату. По вашей просьбе мы можем направить в ваш адрес – договор и счёт-фактуру. Счёт-фактуру на оплату мы также можем выслать в оригинале по международной почте.
Внимание! Мы не продаём медали, а награждаем только тех, кто достойно заслужил их! Тарифы, которые опубликованы на сайте предусматривают расходы на покрытие затрат по изготовлению медалей и их доставке по международной почте на имя, фамилию и адрес, который вы указали - ценным пакетом с заказным уведомлением. Номер трека международной отправки мы сообщим вам сразу после отправления ценного пакета. Отправка медалей - в течение 7 дней после получение заказа и оплаты медали или медалей.
Дополнительно, и по желанию!!! + именная медаль (золото, серебро, бронза) международного конкурса, выданная на имя коллектива или участника на тесьме - ленте национального флага Франции всего за 50 € (евро)/за 1 медаль. Именная медаль "Почётный Педагог Европы" ("золото", "серебро", "бронза") или "Лучший Преподаватель 2025 года" ("золото", "серебро", "бронза"), выданная на имя педагога или руководителя учебного заведения на тесьме - ленте национального флага Франции. Стоимость расходов (изготовление и пересылка) 60 € (евро)/за 1 медаль (цена едина для всех медалей). К каждой именной медали педагога или участника прилагается «Удостоверение (диплом) к награде» о награждении его конкретной медалью.
Примечание: изделия не являются драгоценными металлами – покрытие под золото, серебро, бронзу. Настоящие расходы на изготовление и пересылку действительно предусмотрены оргкомитетом конкурсов на реальные расходы по тарифам изготовителей и почты во Франции и в данном случае мы не предусматриваем доход от реализации медалей. На каждой из медалей все надписи указываются на английском или французском языках, с обязательной надписью Золотая медаль "Почётный Педагог Европы", Серебряная медаль "Почётный Педагог Европы", Бронзовая медаль "Почётный Педагог Европы". Аналогично оформляются медали "Лучший Преподаватель года".
Именной медалью "Почётный Педагог Европы" ("золото", "серебро", "бронза") могут быть награждены только преподаватели, воспитанники которых были удостоены на наших дистанционных конкурсах диплома "Гран-при" ("золото" - 10 воспитанников педагога получили в течение календарного года Гран-при, "серебро"- 6 воспитанников педагога получили в течение календарного года Гран-при, "бронза" - 3 воспитанника педагога получили в течение календарного года Гран-при). Именной медалью "Лучший Преподаватель 2025 года" ("золото", "серебро", "бронза") могут быть награждены только преподаватели, воспитанники которых были удостоены на наших дистанционных конкурсах звания Лауреат (трёх призовых мест) - дипломы «Лауреат I степени» (золото), «Лауреат II степени» (серебро), «Лауреат III степени» (бронза).
По запросу победителей наших конкурсов также возможно награждение их аналогичными медалями "Почётный Педагог Европы" ("золото", "серебро", "бронза") или "Лучший Преподаватель года" ("золото", "серебро", "бронза").
Для оформления заявки претенденты на каждую медаль должны прислать список конкурсов и заслуженных ими на них дипломов, необходимых для присуждения конкретной медали, что будет сверено нами по архивной базе данных оргкомитета.
Взнос вы можете оплатить любыми способами оплаты по вашему усмотрению, в том числе воспользоваться онлайн сервисов вашего или иного банка. Любой платеж займет не более минуты. Оплата взноса, независимо от конкурса, либо фестиваля производиться только после приёма заявки и получения вашей стороны электронного сообщения (письма) со стороны Организационного Комитета Международных конкурсов в странах Европы.

Группы участников (например, из одного учебного заведения) могут оплатить вступительный взнос одной квитанцией, указав фамилии участников и номинации. Например: фамилии и имена участников – 2 соло, 3 дуэта, 2 трио. Оплата по одному заявлению - за группы участников в банке значительно сокращает комиссию банка, чем это делать отдельными переводами от каждого участника или от каждой группы участников. Эта форма оплата наиболее приемлема, когда подают заявки разные коллективы, но из одного учебного заведения или города.
Если для вас или вашей отчётности необходима фактура (счёт), то отправляя в наш адрес заявку не забудьте сообщить нам данные на кого нам выписать счёт – фамилию, имя или название организации и полный адрес (почтовый индекс, страна, город, название улицы или авеню, номер дома и т.д.).
После получения от вас всех заявок, например на 50 солистов и 10 ансамблей с вашей стороной будет согласована итоговая сумма платежа. В ваш адрес по международной почте будут отправлены оригиналы: договор, счёт-фактура и акт приема-передачи выполненных услуг. Копии этих же документов вы получите в сканированном виде на ваш электронный адрес. Сумма к перечислению по банку может вами перечислена одним или двумя переводами. Вы можете сделать предоплату, а по факту получения дипломов оплатите остаток, либо вы можете перечислить одним платежом как вам будет удобно. Единственно если это будет 2 платежа, то вам придётся оплатить 2 раза комиссию вашего банка за сам перевод. Минимальная сумма предоплаты в размере 50 % от всей суммы платежа или договора.

При подаче заявки (заявок) вы можете изложить ваши пожелания по способу оплаты взноса. Примечание: если вы совершив платеж, либо платежи случайно или по неосторожности совершили ошибку, не волнуйтесь, сообщите (напишите электронное письмо) нам об этом, и мы поправим неточности, либо внесём коррективы вашего платежа. Если вы дважды оплатили ту или иную заявку, то мы произведём возврат, либо перерасчёт дубль платежа, сумму которого вы можете использовать по другой заявке. Со своей стороны мы гарантируем вам выполнение принятых нами обязательств по проведению того или иного конкурса, фестиваля и по итогам направление в ваш адрес наградных дипломов, сертификатов конкурсантам, педагогам, либо концертмейстерам, которых вы указали в заявке. Все полученные взносы идут в 100 % размере на организацию проведения конкурса (конкурсов) и не подлежат частичному или полному возврату. Во всех случаях форс-мажор, что бывает крайне редко, если при пересылке ваши Дипломы, Сертификаты повреждение международной почтой, - сразу пишите нам, и при первом вашем сообщении о неполучении вами дипломов (оригиналов), либо вы нам сообщаете, что они повреждены, мы мгновенно отправляем в ваш адрес дубликаты. Большинство нашего коллектива имеют опыт работы в среднем от 20 до 40 лет и любой возникших вопрос, либо проблему мы разрешим с вами в течение ближайших 24 - 48 часов, обработав и выполнив ту или иную проблему. В любом случае после даты проведения любого конкурса, на первый или максимум на второй день мы отправим в ваш адрес на ваш e-mail Дипломы в электронном виде, то есть сканы.
1). Разрешается использовать внешний микрофон (без обработки аудио-сигнала);
2). Видеосъемка должна производиться без выключения и остановки видеокамеры, с начала и до конца исполнения произведения, без остановки и монтажа. Допускаются паузы в записи между произведениями. Во время исполнения программы на видео должны быть отчётливо видны руки, инструмент и лицо исполнителя в зависимости от номинации. В ансамблевой номинации должны быть отчётливо видны все участники ансамбля. Допускается любительский формат при соблюдении всех остальных условий конкурса. В случае несоответствия видеозаписи техническим требованиям конкурса, присланная заявка рассматриваться не будет.
Внимание! Публичное опубликование видео записи участника не является обязательным. Каждый участник, педагог или родитель имеет право выбора – размещая или закачивая видео в YouTube в настройках указать одно из трёх возможностей: 1) общедоступное видео 2) смотреть видео по ссылке 3) смотреть видео только вам. Эта возможность позволяет защитить несовершеннолетних детей и подростков, в соответствии с законами многих стран, как во Франции, например, право родителей и детей на размещение фото или видео для определённого круга лиц, что, по их мнение, открытый или общедоступный доступ к просмотру противоречит их взглядам и вероисповеданию. В этом случае для членов жюри вы присылаете вместе с заявкой ссылку на видео с выступлением участника. После его получения это видео не будет опубликовано на нашем сайте.
Если вы хотите принять участие в конкурсах проводимых в разных городах и странах, то в этом случае вы можете принять участие во всех выбранных вами конкурсах прислав нам разные заявки. Взнос за все выбранные вами конкурсы вы можете оплатить 1 общим платежом. Отправляя нам заявку не забудьте сообщить нам данные на кого нам выписать счёт – фамилию, имя или название организации и полный адрес (почтовый индекс, страна, город, название улицы или авеню, номер дома и т.д.).
В течение всего года и заканчивается за 10 дней до начала конкурса. Конкурсы проводятся ежегодно по городам и странам, согласно календаря фестивалей-конкурсов >>> Календарь Дипломы отправляются всем участникам в течение 10 дней после даты завершения конкурса.
Конкурсы для самодеятельных артистов, конкурсы для детей, школьников, конкурсы для молодёжи и взрослых
Сроки отправки Дипломов, Сертификатов, Благодарственных писем (в сканированном виде и оригиналы) конкурсов заочной формы участия – в течение 10 дней после даты завершения конкурса. Но как правило исходя из практики, мы фактически отправляем дипломы на первый или второй день после завершения конкурса. Дипломы высылаются в оригинале на почтовый адрес конкурсанта или уполномоченного лица подавшего заявку. Копия (копии) дипломов оргкомитет отправляет в отсканированном виде на электронный адрес конкурсантов, который был указан в заявке.
Почтовое отправление осуществляется через национальную почту путём международного почтового отправления. В некоторых случаях при большом количестве дипломов, либо отправки ценных призов конкурсов оргкомитет отправляет пакеты с дипломами и призами заказным почтовым отправлением. На все без исключения международные почтовые отправления оргкомитет имеет в наличии почтовые подтверждения о факте отправки и оплаты почтового пакета или конверта с дипломами в адрес участников настоящих конкурсов. Расходы на отправку дипломов – в цене взноса.
Если вы по каким-то причинам неправильно указали адрес, или у вас вдруг адрес изменился, то в таких случаях до момента отправки дипломов в ваш адрес вы должны нас информировать об изменённом и точном адресе, на который оргкомитету необходимо выслать Дипломы.
После получения вами диплома (дипломов) мы будем вам признательны, если вы нас информируете о факте получения вами дипломов.
В случае если вы потеряете дипломы или они будут впоследствии повреждены выписка вам дубликата, возможна только на условиях покрытия наших расходов. На каждом последующем Дипломе будет указано «дубликат».
Относительно благодарственных писем, поощрительных сертификатов – педагогам и преподавателям, директорам и спонсорам, если вы посчитаете необходимым просим вас заранее побеспокоиться об отправки в адрес оргкомитета перечня лиц, которых на ваш взгляд вы хотите поблагодарить. В таких случаях напишите нам, пожалуйста, основные данные – фамилию, имя, отчество, должность и полное название учебного заведения или организации. Эти данные просим вас присылать до начала конкурса. После конкурса и отправки дипломов в ваш адрес оргкомитет не принимает просьбы об отправки в ваш адрес дополнительных поощрительных писем.

Условия работы оргкомитета, жюри устанавливает организатор, которые не подлежат корректировке третьих лиц. По условиям участников, других организаторов, законам и правилам других стран настоящие мероприятия не проводятся. Все условия разработаны по европейским стандартам, которые не противоречат законодательству и кодам на ведение коммерческой и не коммерческой деятельности в Европе. Все мероприятия, конкурсы и фестивали индивидуальны и защищены авторскими правами.
Выдержка из Генеральных условий, по которым мы работаем: Подавая заявку на какой-либо конкурс, либо фестиваль, указанный в календаре настоящего ресурса, вы принимаете настоящие условия, положение конкурса, фестиваля, конференции и т.д. по которым мы работаем, с чем подав заявку вы подтверждаете ваше согласие. Section 1. Inspection and Claim Period
Upon physical receipt of the shipment containing Certificates, Diplomas, Cups, Trophies, Medals, Orders (Badges), or any other custom-made products ordered from Euro Media Star Group (France), the Customer or Recipient must immediately inspect the items for any potential defects, damages, or non-conformities with the order.
All claims regarding the received products must be formally submitted to Euro Media Star Group within a maximum period of three (3) calendar days from the date of:
Delivery to the specified delivery address (home or workplace), or
Pick-up from the post office or postal service provider at the recipient's primary place of residence or work.
This claim period is mandatory for initiating any dispute related to the condition of the delivered goods.
After the expiration of the aforementioned three (3) day period, the delivered products are deemed to have been accepted by the Customer/Recipient in satisfactory condition and in full conformity with the order.
No claims for replacement, refund, or return of the products will be accepted after this deadline.
Consequently, Euro Media Star Group shall be under no obligation to provide a replacement of the items or a refund, either in full or in part, of the amounts previously paid by the Customer.

• доставки по указанному адресу доставки (дома или на работе) или
• самовывоза из почтового отделения или от почтового оператора по месту жительства или работы получателя.
Указанный срок подачи претензий является обязательным для начала любого спора, связанного с состоянием доставленного товара.
По истечении вышеуказанного трёхдневного (3) срока доставленные товары считаются принятыми Заказчиком/Получателем в удовлетворительном состоянии и в полном соответствии с заказом.
Претензии по замене, возврату или возврату товаров после указанного срока не принимаются.

The idea of holding international competitions for children, youth and young adults in Europe remotely has opened up new opportunities for many creative groups and individual performers. Performances can be seen by millions of viewers and professional agencies not only from Europe but also from other countries and continents. Our competitions stimulate dancers, musicians, creative people of all ages to improve and promote cultural achievements and values of each nation! Our competitions in European countries allow to overcome geographical and material barriers and ultimately provide equal opportunities for everyone who wants to participate in an international competition! There are many talented children and young people all over the world! EURO MEDIA STAR GROUP ™ opens new creative frontiers in Europe for all creative people! Each of you is free to choose the time to record your performance. As soon as you are ready, set up a tripod with a camera and record your performance.
All competitions are held by countries and cities in accordance with the dates specified in >>> competition calendar. The main goal of the international competition is to support and identify talented children, youth and professional groups, to determine their skills and professionalism. These competitions are held in absentia - by video recordings.
Participation in the competition is extremely simple - it is enough for you to record your performance or your group's performance on YouTube, fill out an application, receive an invoice from us and pay the fee, and then wait for the results of the competition and the decision of the jury. As a result, each of you is guaranteed to receive a Diploma "Diploma Holder", and if the jury determines you with the Grand Prix, the title of Laureate or Diploma Holder of the 1st, 2nd or 3rd degree, you will receive another award Diploma.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to publish on our official competition website in Europe any video materials sent by participants to the disposal of the organizing committee. All diplomas are individually manufactured and have a personal number. Regarding lamination, - diplomas (certificates) may be laminated or not. The decision on lamination (transparent film) is made by the competition organizer (competitions), depending on the density of the diploma paper (cardboard paper, offset paper) and the presence of embossed seals or protections on the diplomas (certificates), which lose their original appearance when lamination is performed (as a source of the original diploma). In addition, each diploma is signed by at least three jury members, and the country and city of the competition are also indicated. All diplomas are issued in English or French, or in the language of the competition (country). These conditions have legal force as general terms and conditions (of the organizer) for all competitions (festivals) without exception, regardless of the place and country of holding.
In all diplomas of contestants, in addition to the basic data about the international competition, legal data of the organizing committee, signatures of jury members or the chairman of the jury, the seal of the competition organizing committee, personal data are indicated - last name, first name and patronymic of the participant, last name, first name and patronymic of the teacher, last name, first name and patronymic of the accompanist, name of the educational institution, city, country.

The organizers of international competitions reserve the right to establish individual award diplomas, certificates and letters of gratitude for each international competition held. The design, printing method, degrees of protection and film coating are individual in each case. These diplomas may be repeated in design from year to year, or they may be published in a new design. All necessary requirements for award documents, data of the organizing committee and the jury are guided by these regulations, as well as according to the data of received applications from participants, educational institutions and parents of contestants.

Acceptance of applications and payment of the organizational fee no later than 10 days before the start of the competition or festival-competition held by us in the country and city of Europe. To apply, applicants for each medal must send a list of competitions and diplomas earned by them on them, necessary for awarding a specific medal, which will be verified by us against the archival database of the organizing committee.

Payment of the fee, regardless of the competition or festival, is made only after acceptance of the application and receipt of an electronic message (letter) from your side from the Organizing Committee of International Competitions in European Countries.
You can pay in Euros or in the national currency (money) of your country. For payment, we provide an invoice and, if necessary, a contract. For residents of Russia and CIS countries, it is ideal and with minimal losses you can pay through any branch of Sberbank of Russia. Groups of participants (for example, from one educational institution) can pay the entry fee with one receipt, indicating the names of the participants and nominations. For example: names of participants – 2 solo, 3 duets, 2 trios. Payment by one application - for groups of participants in the bank significantly reduces the bank commission than doing it with separate transfers from each participant or from each group of participants. This form of payment is most acceptable when applications are submitted by different groups, but from one educational institution or city.
If you or your reporting need an invoice, then when sending us an application, do not forget to inform us the data in whose name we should issue the invoice - last name, first name or name of the organization and full address (postal code, country, city, name of street or avenue, house number, etc.).
After receiving all applications from you, for example for 50 soloists and 10 ensembles, the final payment amount will be agreed with your side. Originals will be sent to you by international mail: contract, invoice and act of acceptance of services rendered. Copies of the same documents you will receive in scanned form to your email address. The amount to be transferred by bank can be transferred by you in one or two transfers. You can make an advance payment, and upon receipt of the diplomas, pay the balance, or you can transfer in one payment as it is convenient for you. You can pay the competition fee using a Visa and MasterCard card of any bank through any bank, or electronic payment systems, of which there are many in any country, which make payments through forms approved by a particular bank in a safe mode for people making certain payments.

If you paid twice for a particular application, then we will make a refund or recalculate the double payment, the amount of which you can use for another application. All received fees go 100% to the organization of the competition (competitions) and are not subject to partial or full refund. In all cases of force majeure, which is extremely rare, if your Diplomas, Certificates are damaged by international mail, - immediately write to us, and upon your first message about non-receipt of your diplomas (originals), or you inform us that they are damaged, we immediately send duplicates to your address. If the video recording does not meet the technical requirements of the competition, the submitted application will not be considered.
Attention! Public publication of the participant's video recording is not mandatory. Each participant, teacher or parent has the right to choose - when placing or uploading a video to YouTube, in the settings, indicate one of three possibilities: 1) public video 2) watch video by link 3) watch video only by you. This opportunity allows to protect minor children and adolescents, in accordance with the laws of many countries, as in France, for example, the right of parents and children to place photos or videos for a certain circle of persons, which, in their opinion, open or public access to viewing contradicts their views and religion. In this case, for the jury members, you send along with the application a link to the video with the participant's performance. After receiving it, this video will not be published on our website.
If you want to participate in competitions held in different cities and countries, then in this case you can participate in all the competitions you have chosen by sending us different applications. The fee for all the competitions you have chosen can be paid with 1 general payment. When sending us an application, do not forget to inform us the data in whose name we should issue the invoice - last name, first name or name of the organization and full address (postal code, country, city, name of street or avenue, house number, etc.).
Throughout the year and ends 10 days before the start of the competition. Competitions are held annually by cities and countries, according to the festival-competition calendar. Diplomas are sent to all participants within 10 days after the date of the competition completion.
Competitions for amateur artists, competitions for children, schoolchildren, competitions for youth and adults
Deadlines for shipment of DIPLOMAS, CERTIFICATES, LETTERS OF THANKS (in scanned form and originals) of competitions of correspondence form of participation - within 10 days after the date of competition completion. But as a rule, based on practice, we actually send diplomas on the first or second day after the competition completion. Diplomas are sent in the original to the postal address of the contestant or the authorized person who submitted the application. A copy (copies) of the diplomas, the organizing committee sends in scanned form to the email address of the contestants, which was indicated in the application.
Postal shipment is carried out through the national post office by international postal shipment. In some cases, with a large number of diplomas, or shipment of valuable competition prizes, the organizing committee sends packages with diplomas and prizes by registered postal shipment. For all international postal shipments without exception, the organizing committee has postal confirmations of the fact of shipment and payment of the postal package or envelope with diplomas to the address of the participants of these competitions. The costs of shipping diplomas are included in the fee price.
If for some reason you indicated the address incorrectly, or your address suddenly changed, then in such cases, before the moment of sending the diplomas to your address, you must inform us of the changed and exact address to which the organizing committee needs to send the Diplomas.
After you receive the diploma (diplomas), we would appreciate it if you inform us of the fact of receiving the diplomas.
In case you lose the diplomas or they are subsequently damaged, issuing you a duplicate is possible only on the terms of covering our expenses. On each subsequent Diploma, it will be indicated "duplicate".
Regarding letters of thanks, incentive certificates - for teachers and professors, directors and sponsors, if you consider it necessary, we ask you to take care in advance of sending to the address of the organizing committee a list of persons whom you would like to thank. After the competition and sending the diplomas to your address, the organizing committee does not accept requests for sending additional incentive letters to your address.

Section 1. Inspection and Claim Period
Upon physical receipt of the shipment containing Certificates, Diplomas, Cups, Trophies, Medals, Orders (Badges), or any other custom-made products ordered from Euro Media Star Group (France), the Customer or Recipient must immediately inspect the items for any potential defects, damages, or non-conformities with the order.
All claims regarding the received products must be formally submitted to Euro Media Star Group within a maximum period of three (3) calendar days from the date of:
Delivery to the specified delivery address (home or workplace), or
Pick-up from the post office or postal service provider at the recipient's primary place of residence or work.
This claim period is mandatory for initiating any dispute related to the condition of the delivered goods.
After the expiration of the aforementioned three (3) day period, the delivered products are deemed to have been accepted by the Customer/Recipient in satisfactory condition and in full conformity with the order.
No claims for replacement, refund, or return of the products will be accepted after this deadline.
Consequently, Euro Media Star Group shall be under no obligation to provide a replacement of the items or a refund, either in full or in part, of the amounts previously paid by the Customer.
